On Thursday, May 2, twenty-seven students from Ms. DeSalvo's anatomy class visited the University of Pittsburgh's Health Science Lab to learn more about cadaver examination. On site, the students were directed by Dr. Kevin Conley, the Athletic Training Education Program Director, and Dr. Greg Meloy, our football team resident. Through the demonstration, the students were able to examine twelve dissected cadavers of various ages and various causes of death. This was a great learning experience for the students, who were able to see the cadavers up close and ask questions to the doctors on site.
