Current Tuition and Financial Aid

The cost of tuition for the 2019-20 academic year is as follows:

  • $9,650 for a Catholic student
  • $10,150 for a non-Catholic student

In an effort to help defray the cost of tuition, there are various financial aid options for families. Some of these include the Bishop's Education Fund, the Scholastic Opportunity Scholarship Program (SOS), the Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC), and individual school aid.

Therefore, we ask every family receiving financial assistance to volunteer a minimum of 20 hours per year.

Below please find the breakdown of the $350 obligation in addition to the tuition for the 2018-2019 school year.


The $100 fundraising fee is per family. The $100 in fundraising can be fulfilled by participating in the Sarris Christmas and Easter candy sales, purchasing $100 in Auction Grand Raffle tickets, or two tickets to attend the Auction.

Technology Fee

A technology fee of $125 per student is to help offset the substantial costs associated with having daily technology support available to our students. Furthermore, this fee will cover the maintenance of our wireless network, equipment and Chromebooks, as well as the operation of the printers in the library.

Activity Fee

An activity fee of $125 per student reduces or eliminates many of the costs associated with supplemental activities. This fee will completely cover the cost of the following:

  • Class retreats and school-sponsored field trips
  • Dues for the following academic clubs: Robotics, TEAMS, and FBLA (regional competition only)

The fee will also be used to reduce the cost of following:

  • Campus Ministry activities such as the Franciscan Summer Conference, Appalachian Mission trip and Pro-Life Club
  • The Marching Band and Spring Musical
  • Athletics
