Miscellaneous Information and Reminders 7-24-23
2023-24 Course Registration Fee
As you prepare to start the new school year, don’t forget to look over your child’s course registration list that you received in the mail, and to send in your $100 course registration fee. You may pay your course registration fee by check, made payable to Serra Catholic High School, or by cash. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Cassie Fedor at [email protected].
Financial Aid 23-24
If you have not yet returned your signed financial aid letter to the Serra Catholic Business Office, please be sure to do so as soon as possible so that your financial aid credit can be applied to your tuition statement. If you require an additional copy of your letter, please contact Ms. Cassie Fedor at [email protected] and she will send you an additional copy.
New Uniform Orders
If you have not placed an order for new uniforms for the upcoming school year, please do so ASAP. The next order will be placed this Thursday, July 27, 2023. Order forms can be found on our website or in the main office. Orders must be received in the main office with payment no later than 1 pm Thursday, July 27th.
Slightly Used Uniforms
If you have any slightly used uniforms that your student has outgrown, please consider donating them. They can be dropped off in the main office. Last day to drop them off will be Wednesday, July 26th.
Gently Used Uniform Sale
We are having a sale on gently used uniforms on Monday, July 31, Tuesday, August 1, Wednesday, August 2 and Thursday August 3. The time is 9:00am - 1:00pm. Payment can be made via cash or check. Please make checks payable to Serra Catholic High School. Please do not ask us to hold uniforms: they are sold first come first service.
Spirit Wear Sale
We have our new Spirit Wear in stock and will have it on display and available for purchase next week, Monday, July 31 - August 3, 2023 during office hours only, 9 am - 1 pm. There are limited sizes available. Payment can be made by either cash or check. Checks can be made out to Serra Catholic High School.
New Address:
If you have moved over the summer please call the main office or email Cindy Carr at [email protected] with your new address and school district so that we can update our system and notify your new district for bussing.
Parking Permits:
We will start selling Parking Permits starting Monday, July 31st in the main office from 9am-1pm. Please note that the office is closed on Friday’s. Parking permit forms are on the website and in the main office. Please make sure to bring your registration, drivers license, the completed form with parent signatures and payment to the office. No spots will be held. They are sold in sequential order on a first come basis.
Senior Headshots:
Just a reminder that all seniors need their headshots taken for the yearbook by our photographers (Premier Photo Works). The cost is $10 and will be taken at Serra the following days and times:
Tuesday, August 1st - 8 am - 10 AM and noon -2 PM and
Wednesday, August 2nd 8 am - 10 AM and noon -1 PM

Tuition Credit:
Don’t forget to purchase RaiseRight gift cards when shopping for school supplies, school clothes or even snacks and drinks for summer camps and earn credit towards your tuition. An easy way to help with your tuition payments. Any questions please contact Mrs. Carr in the main office Monday through Thursday 9am - 1pm.
Sports Physicals for the 2023-2024 School Year - Due by Friday, August 4th
1) Physicals are due by Friday, August 4th to the main office, the coach or scanned and emailed to me at [email protected]
2) Students cannot participate without it starting
- Monday, August 7 for football (heat acclimation) and golf
- Monday, August 14 for all other fall sports
3) Winter and Spring sports will be 1 week before their season starts.
