If you have moved over the summer please email Cindy Carr or Amy Sullivan [email protected] or [email protected] with your new address and school district so that we can update our system and notify your new district for bussing.

 

This year’s School Picture Day is TOMORROW - Tuesday, September 9, 2025! This year, we are using Josten’s as our school picture photographer. An ordering link and more information on how to order pictures will be sent after Picture Day.

 

Please refer to the “Dress Up Day” section of the handbook for appropriate Picture Day attire. Note: due to Josten’s use of a green screen for photos - please do not wear green on picture day.

 

We are in need of 1-2 concession volunteers for the Thurs., Sept. 11 boys soccer game.  Volunteers will need to arrive at 6:00 pm.  Email Mike Luke at [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering.  Please do not just show up to volunteer unless you hear from Mike Luke.

 

Attention Senior Parents: The Prom Committee is selling Class of '26 shirts! Senior students will be permitted to wear these shirts on Spirit Fridays with their uniform pants and shoes. Shirts cost $25 and all proceeds will go towards the 2026 Prom. Order forms are due to Mrs. Koval by Friday, September 12. Please direct any questions towards Mrs. Koval.

 

This is an evening for current parents and guardians to follow their student’s schedule and meet his/her teachers. It is a wonderful opportunity to see what a day in your student’s life is like at Serra. We look forward to seeing you!

 

Don’t miss this opportunity on Friday, September 19th from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to investigate why Serra Catholic students excel in the classroom, on the field and in life!  Current 8th grade students will explore our campus and meet Serra students and faculty. Students will be placed in small groups, follow an abbreviated schedule, and get answers to all their questions. Students who attend the following Catholic elementary schools: Divine Mercy Academy, Mary ofNazareth, Sr. Thea Bowman, Holy Family Catholic School and St. Therese will be invited via their current school and busing will be provided. If your child attends a different elementary school you will be responsible for transporting your child to and from Serra. Please remember that the $100 course registration fee is due at this time for all sophomore, junior, and senior students. You should have received a letter in the mail with your child’s course selections and a note mentioning this fee. You are welcome to pay this fee with either cash or a check made payable to Serra Catholic High School. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Cassie Fedor at [email protected].

 

To continue our tradition of excellence in athletics, we require all families of student athletes to pay an athletic fee based on how many sports are played, according to the following schedule:

 

One Sport: $100.00

Two Sports: $125.00

Three Sports: $150.00

 

Please note that this is a mandatory school fee and is in addition to any team’s booster club’s activity fee. Please submit your payment to the main office by Monday, November 3rd. Please indicate on the envelope your child’s name, grade, and the sport(s) they are participating in.
