Uniform Order
The next order for uniforms will be placed this Friday, February 27th. If your student needs a sweatshirt, 1/4 zip or uniform shirts please have them pick up an order form in the office and have it returned with payment no later than Friday, during homeroom. Any questions please contact Mrs. Carr in the main office.
School Pass
If you are a returning family that has been using the School Pass program for your students' attendance, please be aware that you will no longer be able to use this system to call your student off from school. To ensure that your student is marked correctly for attendance please either call the school (you can leave a message 24 hours a day) or email us at [email protected].
CALLING FUTURE EAGLES
PLACEMENT TEST ~ Saturday, March 7th
If you know of an eighth grade student who is planning on attending Serra for the 2026-27 school year, please let the family know that the placement test for incoming freshmen will be held on Saturday, March 7th from 8:45 am -12:00 pm. OPEN HOUSE ~ Thursday, March 12th
Please invite any friends or family that have students (5th, 6th, 7th and 8th) beginning to think about high school or students considering transferring to Serra to our SpringOpen House, Thursday, March 12th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. . Families will have the opportunity to discuss curriculum and extracurricular offerings with our faculty and meet administrators, coaches, and students. Senior Yard Signs
Believe it or not, graduation is right around the corner. Our yearbook staff would love to highlight your senior by showing off their school and future pride for all to see.
The Serra Catholic High School Yearbook Staff is selling yard signs as a fundraiser for parents to design and purchase. The three templates for the yard signs can be seen below. Yard signs can be upgraded to include your senior’s picture as well as their future plans. The deadline to order your senior’s yard sign is Friday, April 3rd. After that, prices will go up based on expedited production and shipping until April 17th.

Financial Aid Application 26-27
Financial aid applications for the 2026-2027 school year are now being accepted. To be considered for financial aid, please begin the application process as soon as possible, but no later than March 15th, 2026, even if all documents, including your 2025 tax returns, are not yet available. Families will be required to provide 2025 income documentation, and for the application to be considered complete, the submission of all documents must be completed by April 30th, 2026. Unlike in past years, there will not be a fee charged to families applying for financial aid. All families should apply for financial aid.

WINTER ATHLETIC SPORTS FEE
To continue our tradition of excellence in athletics, we require all families of student athletes to pay an athletic fee based on how many sports are played, according to the following schedule:
One Sport: $100.00
Two Sports: $125.00
Three Sports: $150.00
Please note that this is a mandatory school fee and is in addition to any team’s booster club’s activity fee. Please submit your payment to the main office by Friday, February 27th. Please indicate on the envelope your child’s name, grade, and the sport(s) they are participating in. If you have already paid for your fall sport, you only need to pay for your winter sport. If you have yet to pay your fall sports fee, we ask that you please pay it at this time. If you have already paid this fee for the year, thank you very much and you may disregard this message.
