Day of Giving

Day of Giving Logo
We are excited to invite you to be part of Serra Catholic High  School’s first-ever Day of Giving on October 4, 2025, a day that holds special meaning as the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi.

Saint Francis, known for his humility, generosity, and radical commitment to service, reminds us that true richness is found in giving freely of ourselves for the good of others. His life’s message — “It is in giving that we receive” — is at the heart of our mission and at the heart of this special day.

Our Day of Giving is a 24-hour opportunity for alumni, families, and the entire Serra Catholic community to come together and support the General Fund, which allows us to meet the school’s greatest and most immediate needs. Whether it’s tuition assistance, academic resources, capital improvements, or student life, your gift provides flexible support where it’s needed most.

As a part of our community, you know firsthand how Serra Catholic has shaped many lives — through excellent education, lasting friendships, and strong values. Now, we invite you to reflect the generosity of Saint Francis by giving back and paying it forward for today’s students.

Here are just some of the ways you can be part of it:
  • Make a gift—of any size—on October 4, 2025
  • Share your Serra Catholic story on social media
  • Encourage others to give

Together, we can embody the spirit of Saint Francis by lifting others through generosity. Let’s soar as one Serra Catholic family and make this inaugural Day of Giving the start of another Serra Catholic tradition.
