Tyler Gedman Serra Art Teacher Selected For the Mayor of Pittsburgh's Rotating Art Display

After assuming the role as Pittsburgh's First Lady: Michelle Gainey started an initiative to use artwork to reflect the Pittsburgh community and its surroundings. Along with help from her staff, the artwork chosen by the First Lady was exhibited in the mayor's office and conference room.  The goal in mind is to give local artists a platform so that their work can create elevated sense of awareness to our region for the many city officials, community leaders, residents, and visitors from other states that frequent the office.

An original oil painting by our Art teacher and alumnus, Tyler Gedman was chosen by Mrs. Gainey to be on display for this month.
