There is a $5 fee per transcript. Transcripts will be sent upon receipt of payment.
 
For your convenience, the fee can be paid on the Serra Catholic website via PayPal.
 
Please note: When we receive notification of the donation - we will know the $5.00 amount is for a transcript request.
