We are in need of volunteers for the concession stand for the above listed games this week. Most urgently for the 20th and 21st. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Amy Sullivan at [email protected]. Concessions volunteers are to report to the Concession Stand on the field 45 minutes prior to the start and end approximately 10 minutes prior to the end of the game.

This is an evening for current parents and guardians to follow their student’s schedule and meet his/her teachers. It is a wonderful opportunity to see what a day in your student’s life is like at Serra. We look forward to seeing you!
Walk-A-Thon Order Forms Due by Monday, September 25, 2023
The Walk-A-Thon will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023. This year we will be walking for U.S. Catholic Sisters Against Human Trafficking. This organization is a collaborative, faith-based national network that offers education, supports access to survivor services, and engages in advocacy to eradicate human trafficking. We work to inform the public, prevent this assault on human dignity, and assist survivors to live fulfilling lives.
A minimum donation of $20, which includes a t-shirt, will be due by Monday, Sept. 25. All forms and payment must be turned in by this date to be guaranteed a shirt. Donations are REQUIRED to participate. All payments and forms are to be turned into your homeroom teacher.
Thank you in advance for your support of this very worthy cause! Checks are made payable to: Serra Catholic High School. Cash accepted.
*If you choose not to participate, you will stay back in a quiet study hall for the day.*
Open House - Thursday, October 5th - 6:30 pm
Please invite any friends or family that have eighth grade students or students thinking of transferring to Serra to our Open House. Families will have the opportunity to discuss curriculum and extracurricular offerings with our administration, faculty, coaches, and students. Tours will also be provided. In addition, any student considering Serra may be an “Eagle” for a day by shadowing a Serra student. This is a one-on-one opportunity to attend classes, have lunch and experience a day as a Serra student! Shadowing experiences take place November through April and must be scheduled through the Admissions Office.

EAGLE FLIGHT NIGHT NEWS: We have a new and exciting event planned for November 11, 2023. Eagle Flight Night is an upscale cash-bash/raffle style event. We need your help to make this event a success for our school community. We are asking that our families contribute either a gift card and/or lottery tickets to create featured prizes for our raffle event. Please send your donation to the Main Office, attention Amy Sullivan no later than Friday, October 27, 2023. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
2022-2023 Yearbooks for Sale
Did you forget to order a yearbook last year? You're in luck! There are additional copies of the 2022-2023 Serra Catholic Yearbook for sale in the main office. The yearbooks will be sold on a first come first serve basis at $85.00 until supplies run out.
2023-24 Course Registration Fee
Please don't forget to send in your $100 course registration fee. You may pay your course registration fee by check, made payable to Serra Catholic High School, or by cash. If you have any questions, please email Ms. Cassie Fedor at [email protected].
*Freshman families please note - this fee is only for sophomore, junior, and senior families.
FALL ATHLETIC SPORTS FEE
To continue our tradition of excellence in athletics, we require all families of student athletes* to pay an athletic fee based on how many sports are played, according to the following schedule:
One Sport: $100.00
Two Sports: $125.00
Three Sports: $150.00
Please note that this is a mandatory school fee and is in addition to any team’s booster club’s activity fee. Please submit your payment to the main office by Wednesday, November 1st. Please indicate on the envelope your child’s name, grade, and the sport(s) they are participating in. If your child will be playing a winter or spring sport, you are welcome to pay for it at this time, if you would like. If you have any questions concerning your child’s sports fee, please contact Ms. Cassie Fedor at [email protected].
