CALLING FUTURE EAGLES

Please invite any friends or family that have an eighth grade student or a student thinking of transferring to Serra to contact Mrs. Lyons, Admissions Director at [email protected] or 412-751-2020 x134 to receive an information packet including a 2025-26 application. Applications received prior to December 31st will receive a t-shirt.

 PLACEMENT TEST and FINANCIAL AID WORKSHOP - Saturday, November 2nd

If you know of an eighth grade student who is planning on attending Serra for the 2025-26 school year, please let the family know that the placement test for incoming freshmen will be held on Saturday, November 2nd  from 8:45-Noon. There will also be a Parent/Guardian workshop on Financial Aid from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Tickets are on sale! - Eagles Flight Night is Saturday, November 9

Our second-annual Eagles Flight Night, an upscale cash-bash/raffle style event, is taking place on Saturday, November 9, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Events on Ten in Monroeville.  We need your help to make this event a success for our school community!

Tickets are $50 and include deluxe hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, silent auction, basket raffle, 50/50, and cash prizes every 4 minutes leading up to our grand prize drawing of $2,500.

Can’t make it in person? You can get a raffle ticket for $25 to have a chance at all the prizes, including the $2,500 grand prize! Earn an entry for a $250 tuition credit for every 10 tickets your family sells!

We also are looking for basket raffle donations. If you would like to donate a basket, please reach out to Mrs. Sullivan in the Main Office or at [email protected]. Donations of gift cards and scratch-off lottery tickets can be sent to the Main Office.

Uniform Order: 

The next Uniform order will be placed Friday, November 1st.  Order forms are in the main office and on the school website.  Please have the order form along with payment turned in to the main office no later than homeroom on Friday, November 1st.  Any questions please contact Mrs. Carr in the main office.

 24-25 Course Registration Fee

Please remember that the $100 course registration fee is due at this time for all sophomore, junior, and senior students. You should have received a letter in the mail with your child’s course selections and a note mentioning this fee. You are welcome to pay this fee with either cash or a check made payable to Serra Catholic High School. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Cassie Fedor at [email protected].

FALL ATHLETIC SPORTS FEE

 To continue our tradition of excellence in athletics, we require all families of student athletes to pay an athletic fee based on how many sports are played, according to the following schedule:

One Sport: $100.00

Two Sports: $125.00

Three Sports: $150.00

 Please note that this is a mandatory school fee and is in addition to any team’s booster club’s activity fee. Please submit your payment to the main office by Friday, November 1st. Please indicate on the envelope your child’s name, grade, and the sport(s) they are participating in.
