Tuition & Financial Aid
I am pleased to inform you that we will be receiving a record amount of tuition assistance that will be distributed in the 2026-27 school year. This is going to have an extraordinarily positive impact on the school and all of our families. While the cost to operate our program increases every year, thanks to generous support, grants, and programs that we have applied for, tuition will be more affordable than ever!
While tuition will increase next year, the financial aid packages to be awarded will keep the cost to Serra families at or below what you are paying this year.
In order to capitalize on the funds available to our school, all of our families will need to complete the financial aid application through FACTS Tuition Management:

For the first time ever, the cost to apply for financial aid is being absorbed by the school - not our families. The application is now open. Families should begin their financial aid application by March 15 and need to complete it by April 30 so we can adequately prepare for the 2026-27 school year.
Serra is not the only recipient of the generous support that is being made available. This assistance will be witnessed at schools throughout the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Please find the official message from our Superintendent regarding this news below.
While the press release highlights elementary education, please know that this financial aid will be applicable in Kindergarten through 12th grade education across the Diocese of Pittsburgh. More information on this exciting financial aid update is included in the Frequently Asked Questions document below. Please reach out to me with any questions.
Thank you,
